We thought it was good (but there are two in Pigeon Forge so not sure which one you are inquiring about). One is a little more modern than the other one but our opinion is that their pizza is always good! I agree that their dessert pizza is awesome...esp the cinnamon rolls! 😁
You gotta try their chicken wings
I have ate there in the past but this last visit... I won't be back to eat there
It's about six or seven dollars a person and they have senior discount and under 12 discount
No
You can get coupons buy1 get 1 buffet free with purchase of lg drink! It cost my husband and I and my 16 yr old like 28 bucks!
I don't think so Ericka Vaden if they do I didn't see any but I wasn't really looking for it either
8.99 for buffet? Plus drink. They changed the price and just wrote over it on the wall? Service was good, Employees were nice. Just overpriced for me.
Charged my card 2x and wouldn’t fix it! Had to go through my credit card company to fix it the people working were absolutely rude about all of it. There computers didn’t work and when I told them I got charged 2x they didn’t care and said they wouldn’t fix it
We miss having a Cicis in our town. It was just as delicious as we remembered. The lady calling out the pizza was very polite and let us know when the new pizza's were up. Keep up the good work! Your staff rocks!
Amazing pizza of your choice. Clean for how busy they were. Affordable for a family all you cam eat. Plenty to choose from.
Spent over $70 here and it was the biggest disappointment of our entire vacation. These people are very rude and I honestly felt guilty over going back to the buffet to get more food. Quality of service is horrible. DO NOT EAT HERE!
Staff is very friendly and food is cheap. Their pizza and buffet isn’t bad at all especially for the price. We eat here every time we come
Called 10 min before close at 8pm. Had locked the doors. Had to call to get them to let me in. Good BBQ chicken pizza
We frequent this restaurant because we're local to the area. Ate there today. A bunch of young girls working. Register had three girls there. One was supposed to be working arcade counter. The others one was sitting on her laptop and the third was giving a shoulder massage. No ranch dressing, no Alfredo. I had to ask twice for each. I'm not sure who the manager is, but it's a clown show.
Everything was VERY undercooked. The cheese bread was dripping with grease. Paid for 2 adults and 2 children’s meals. One of my kids didn’t eat at all (she usually loves pizza) and the other one barely touched his food. Quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever paid for in a restaurant. A man at a table next to ours had been waiting 30 minutes for them to put out a pepperoni pizza. My husband tried to eat a salad instead and it was equally as gross. Very low food quality overall. Waste of time and money.
Normally pleased however our regular location was temporarily closed for the pandemic and the next closest location the atmosphere was not friendly and frustrated employees seemed to be the most noticeable issue. We understand that times are very different and changing everyday so it’s hard for all people no matter who you are right now. Hopefully they can get a little break and refresh and embrace the new ways of the world and get smiling faces behind and in front the serving lines. Happy workers = Happy Customers, not 100% of the time but more often than not I think 🤔
Food was good not an issue. One of the rudest cashiers we’ve met on vacation. One person in our party has to eat glutton free. When asked about gluten free on menu the cashier said we have nothing... (umm they have a salad bar)... and wouldn’t even ask the kitchen if they could make a pizza gluten free. So, then she came over to clear our table, ( we have 9 people) and she kept asking “ who killed all the trees, referring to all the napkins, I joked and said “ the boys” she was insulted and ask again about us killing all the trees.. very very rude...
Nice to see the Covid precautions they were taking to keep everyone safe. I missed Cicis since they closed down in New Orleans.
Cost 9.99 per adult. Doesnt include drinks. Social distancing observed but surprised they did not require new cups for refills and employees where bussing tables. They executed old school cafeteria style where you communicate the items you want and they fill your plate. Their execution of this was very efficient. Glove use by all employees was a little inconsistent. Quality of food seems improved pizza tasted better than in past.
I would give it -10 points of that was an option. Place was nasty and the floor was sticky. Pizza was cold
Horrible they want you to wear a mask to eat!!!? And there bathrooms are unexplainbly nasty same with there food! And the pizza had some kind of gunk in it!! There breadsticks had a dead fly on it!!!!!!
Food was fresh, employees were kind, place was clean, overall very pleased!
